Also started on the mammoth task of reworking the wiring loom. Fitted the new stalk switch connectors and spliced them into the old loom being very careful to match the wires correctly. Using only the necessary cables (without wipers and washers etc) thins the loom down a lot. The main loom needs additional support within the engine bay and I'm looking to VWP for a solution. Need some new battery cables as well, long enough to run to the battery master switch.
Some progress on the car today. Whilst changing parts on the Omega I made a little headway on the Locost. Managed to fit the new rear wheel spacers, which now make the rear wheel offset perfect.
