Torquing the bolts turned out to be a non-event as my torque wrench was in the garage and I couldn't be bothered to drive out to get it. I ended up tracing some mystery wires that matched the colour of the ones for the horn in the kawasaki haynes manual. Spookily enough they wound their way to the under dash area. Duly cut to size, the horn was fitted behind the radiator on one of the horizontal cross braces. I then had a little bit of a brainwave and jacked up the rear of the car. On axle stands, with my clutch cable attempt fitted, I started the car, pushed the clutch in and selected first. Slowly lifting the clutch and the propshaft starts to spin. Ooh err, it'll move if I take the axle stands away. Thinking the better of this as there is no oil in the diff and the hub nuts aren't done up properly. Maybe take it up the drive next time :-))
