I think this is the best so far but there's quite a lot of stuff missing from my "in the garden wedged up against the decking" mock up.
Here's a list of what's going on there...
- Bike clocks
- Switch panel (Fog, Lights, Fan)
- Hazard switch
- Starter button
- Ignition toggle switch
- Choke (remember them...)
- Power key-switch (like an ignition switch but it does all the power)
The oil pressure and brake fail warning both go directly above the steering column. Don't know how high to put them yet as I'll have to mock up the column and steering wheel position first.
Horn and full beam switches are on the steering wheel, indicator is on the tunnel.
If it's all impractical and poorly positioned, I'm not really that bothered and at least I only have myself to blame :-)
