Trying to keep things simple is not quite as simple as you would think! The scoop I have already shown pics of will require a replacement air filter base-plate and trumpets. As well as this, it will have to be mounted on an adaptor plate which is then mounted to the bonnet. It seems too much trouble, hence this next idea... get a bigger scoop!This paper template shows the outline of the proposed new scoop and it should have no problem covering all the existing filter etc.
Still in the planning stages at the moment, but I am sure there will be a few more paper templates made before I decide on a final solution.
