Possibly the most useful task completed today was getting my garage radio to run off the solar power system. 
It was previously powered by a standalone battery which had to be charged in the house. 

I always had a spare switch on the power distribution board so a little extra wiring and it was done. Free power for the radio and tunes for the garage!
