Anyhow, I started the bonnet attachments (rivnuts) thinking I would leave the scoop off until the winter, when I could paint it properly.
I got carried away and fitted all the rivnuts and decided on a road test.
Induction noise is reduced as well as the under bonnet temperature, so I am keeping it fitted and painting it later.
Aesthetics has always been second place to function in my book anyway :-)
