This is the finished article installed on the dash. The bracket is fixed through the ignition switch and bolted onto the tunnel top. The bracket has also been drilled for the choke cable, which sits quite neatly under the dash.
I'm quite pleased with how this has turned out. It looks pretty good and there is no flex in the dash at all.
