Back from patrol and back to the normal long to-do list of things to repair. Firstly, we need to get a working car back on the road. The Volvo broke (a new battery seems to have sorted it) and the landrover requires all the work done for the MOT. Today I changed the clutch slave cylinder and the thermostat. What worried me though was that the car battery was flat (I'd only reconnected it last Tuesday) and I thought I'd have a big problem looking into an electrical problem. However, a quick half hour charge and I noticed that the rear interior light was on. I think that was the snag.The seven sits in the garage, waiting for the next job to be completed. I'll prioritise the to-do list to reflect the pre/post MOT status of each job...
